I have never written a review good or bad, I'm more about referrals and telling others how awesome of a job a place did or sucking it up if it was bad. I am not happy with my hair after going back yesterday and getting it fixed. I spent a total of $245 for basically a trim ( which now on my black hair does not look good. In a ponytail it looks like I took scissors and cut my own hair in a straight line). I got my hair colored and it turned out copper). I went back and now have black layers everywhere trying to cover up the copper. It took a long time to rid of red in my hair. I can deal with the hair color after the second visit (suck it up) but now I will have to pay someone again for the 3rd time to fix my cut. Also the second visit should have been free to fix my copper hair! Not $90, especially when I came in the first visit saying I wanted Ash dark brown or Ash soft black maybe with some highlights.
